For all appointments A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book (deposit will be applied to total cost of session). Numbing creams/sprays are not allowed. If you use a numbing agent Ku'u will not tattoo you & your deposit will be forfeited. Designs are not pre-drawn. If you are late to the appointment fee will be applied to the total cost of your session. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. Only the client is allowed in the studio during the session. Mahalo for respecting our time & mana.
