Please read carefully before submitting your form.

Designs will be a set size for these fine-line tattoos and a set price. Numbing creams/sprays are not allowed. If you use a numbing agent Ku'u will not tattoo you & your deposit will be forfeited. If you are late to the appointment a $50 fee will be applied to the total cost of your session. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. Only the client is allowed in the studio during the session. All appointments start at 11am unless discussed otherwise. Mahalo for respecting our time & mana.
