For all appointments A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book (deposit will be applied to total cost of session). Prices are by the piece (size, style, placement) & not by the hour. Numbing creams/sprays are not allowed. If you use a numbing agent Ku'u will not tattoo you & your deposit will be forfeited. All tattoos are custom & drawn onto client day of the appointment (designs are not pre-drawn). If you are late to the appointment a $50 fee will be applied to the total cost of your session. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. Only the client is allowed in the studio during the session. All appointments start at 11am unless discussed otherwise. Mahalo for respecting our time & mana.
